The five Culkin brothers - Kieran, Macaulay, Rory, Christian, and Shane reunited for the first time in an episode of an animated series
Famous separately in cinema, the five Culkin brothers - Kieran, Macaulay, Rory, Christian, and Shane, known for their respective careers in Hollywood, are reunited for the first time in an episode of the animated series "The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy" airing on Prime Video.
The Culkin siblings will lend their voices to several characters in this program that tells the daily lives of alien doctors in a hospital, lost in the middle of the galaxy. Kieran Culkin already plays Dr. Plowp and will be joined by his brothers for the sixth episode of the series.
The Culkin brothers began their on-screen careers as children. Since then, Macaulay Culkin has become known for his role as Kevin McCallister in "Home Alone" in 1990 and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last December.
Kieran, who also made his debut as an actor at the age of 8 in this cult Christmas comedy, has also achieved success with his performance in the series "Succession," a role for which the actor was awarded a Golden Globe and an Emmy Award.
Macaulay also collaborated with Quinn and Rory in "The Good Son" (1993), while Kieran acted with his brother Rory in "Igby" (2002) and Christian in "It Runs in the Family" (1994). The siblings also have two sisters, Quinn and Dakota, who died in 2008 after a car accident, as well as a half-sister, Jennifer Adamson, who died in 2000 from an overdose.
Let's recall that "Home Alone" was an American family comedy directed by Chris Columbus and released in 1990. Macaulay Culkin played the young Kevin McCallister (8 years old) who finds himself alone at home when his entire family goes on vacation to Paris, forgetting him by mistake, and burglars try to break into the house.
The film had several sequels: "Home Alone 2: Lost in New York!" (1992), "Home Alone 3" (1997), "Home Alone 4" (2002), and "Home Alone: The Holiday Heist" (2012). A sixth installment, "Home Sweet Home Alone," was released on November 12, 2021, on Disney+.
