The singer Mylène Farmer is preparing her big musical comeback and announces the release of the album "Remix XL", including reinterpretations of her iconic hits such as "Libertine" and "Pourvu qu'elles soient douces" by artists like The Magician, Theo Hutchcraft, and David Lynch.

On stage, Mylène Farmer invites her fans to three special concerts at the Stade de France as part of her "Nevermore" tour, which has been extended due to the cancellation of the dates scheduled in June 2023 for security reasons. This concert will open with a remix of the song "Du temps" by Mico C. Mylène Farmer, always ahead of her time, has been one of the pioneers in the relatively rare practice in French variety of remixing.

It should be recalled that on February 23, she unveiled a new version of her hit "Désenchantée" signed by Feder, a French DJ with whom she has become very close since their successful collaboration on the album "Désobéissance" in 2018. As fans had guessed, this remix was paving the way for the arrival of the new compilation "Remix XL", which will be released on April 19.

For this project, Mylène Farmer has returned to the studio to re-record her voice "sublimated by electro rhythms" on "some of her flagship songs". The credits of the album will include collaborations with Feder, The Avener, The Magician, Dave Audé, Arnaud Rebotini, Theo Hutchcraft, and David Lynch. The revisited repertoire will cover 40 years of success in a more or less chronological order. The first disc will focus on the hits that made her famous up to the 2000s, while the second half will only include tracks from post-2010. From her latest album "L'emprise", the tracks "Do You Know Who I Am", "Rayon vert", "Bouteille à la mer", and "Rallumer les étoiles" will be remixed. A triple vinyl edition will also be released.
