The announcement was initially leaked through promotional images from an Italian launch event, which suggested the date of January 22. While some reports speculated January 23, the most accurate timeline points to a 10 AM Pacific Time (1 PM Eastern) start on January 22. This marks a major event for Samsung as it continues to push forward with innovative advancements in its smartphone lineup.
According to Forbes magazine, Samsung officially confirmed the event on January 6, sending out invites for the launch, which will take place in San Jose, California, as part of CES 2025.
