DJ Khaled, Mariah Carey to join Latto for her new remix “Big Energy"

According to Arab News, DJ Khaled, a US-Palestinian producer, has collaborated with rapper Latto and superstar Mariah Carey to record a new remix of her smash "Big Energy."

On Saturday, the 23-year-old rapper, whose actual name is Alyssa Michelle Stephens, announced the upcoming release on her Instagram account, uploading a cover image of herself and Carey standing together in bright pink outfits.

She posted to her 8.9 million followers, "Big Energy Remix MONDAY", and DJ Khaled confirmed the news by posting the photo on his Instagram account.

The collaboration between Latto and Carey comes as no surprise given that "Big Energy" samples US band Tom Tom Lotto Club's 1981 song "Genius of Love," which many fans would remember from Carey's classic song "Fantasy."
