'Game of Thrones' creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss will soon be back with a new project for Netflix,

After fantasy, and science fiction. David Benioff and D. B. Weiss, the creators of "Game of Thrones", will soon return with a series called "The Three-Body Problem" adapted from the literary saga of the same name by Chinese author Liu Cixin, a series expected on Netflix in next January.

The plot of this series will travel between continents and eras, mixing political and extraterrestrial threats.

According to BFMTV, It will tell the story of a young woman in 1960s China, who makes a fateful decision whose consequences will reverberate through time and space, until they reach a group of brilliant scientists of our time.

This bestseller recounts the encounter between an astrophysicist and an extraterrestrial civilization, in the midst of the Chinese Cultural Revolution.

A triumph in China when it was published in 2008, it was published in English in 2014 and then in 2016 in French.

The next two parts are called "The Dark Forest" and "The Immortal Death". In the United States, it won the Hugo Award for Best Novel in 2015.
