This also makes "APT." the second fastest song to reach this milestone overall! It trails just behind Bruno Mars’ other 2024 collaboration, "Die With A Smile," featuring Lady Gaga, which hit a billion streams in just 96 days. 🌟
Rosé's solo album, rosie, was released on December 6, 2024, alongside a music video for the single "toxic till the end." The album boasts 12 new tracks, including "APT." and "number one girl," the latter co-produced by Bruno Mars himself.
Notably, "APT." has been recognized as one of the best 50 songs of 2024 and one of the best 25 K-pop songs of the year! In a glowing four-star review, NME's Crystal Bell praised the album, stating it “offers a rare and intimate invitation to understand Rosé as more than just a star — to see Rosie, the woman, searching for validation, love, and meaning.”
