The book "End of Reign" by Omid Scobie on the British royal family is once again causing discord

Journalist Omid Scobie, a specialist in royal affairs, is releasing his new investigation into the Windsor clan this week, promising to create a stir.

Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, and Prince William, Prince of Wales, are at the center of the book "End of Reign."

The year-end celebrations of the royal family may have a somewhat bitter taste this year. Indeed, Charles III, Camilla, William, and Kate may have to contend with an unwelcome "guest": the book "End of Reign." Released in late November in the UK, the new investigation by journalist Omid Scobie is expected to shake things up.

On the day of its release, the book was already at the center of controversy. The Dutch version, in fact, contained significant information: the names of the two members of the royal family who, when Meghan Markle was pregnant with Archie, raised questions about the future child's skin color. The book was immediately removed from shelves to be reissued. Despite being kept secret for years, journalist Piers Morgan quickly revealed these names on air and on his social media.

In response, a Buckingham Palace source told AFP, "We are considering all options." According to the Daily Telegraph, the palace is considering legal action. Omid Scobie has insisted that he never submitted a manuscript containing these names.

The goal of this book, as stated by its author in an interview with the British channel ITV, is not to point fingers. For him, "End of Reign" aims to "generate conversations about the purpose, legitimacy, and future of the royal family today."

In the recently released book's table of contents, an overview of the current relationships between various members of the royal family is presented. The author is unequivocal: reconciliation between Prince Harry and the rest of the family is completely impossible.
